Christi’s story

The official bio:

I attending school at Tarleton State University and the University of Texas at Arlington.  I have worked in the social work and insurance industries prior to getting into HR software space.  I’ve done software implementations, processed corporate payrolls, run and executed benefit open enrollments, developed complex process improvement plans, organized and mobilized global teams and assisted in the upward mobility of numerous team members.  I completed coach training at iPEC and love integrating my past skills into coaching execs, mid career professionals and those in career transition.

Super, mega happy bio:

God has blessed me immensely with my life, family and sense of humor.  My greatest professional accomplishments are not those I’ve completed, but those I’ve helped get to their goals, gain insight and move forward with a newly found clarity.  And if I leave the world in a better place alongside my loving husband, sweet child and awesome family, I will be blessed!

The bottom line:

I’m here to make a difference in the lives of others and share my gifts with the world.  I love my personal time, helping others and being a wife and mother.  I believe we all are worthy human beings that crave connection with others.  I love reading, I think Brene’ Brown is awesome and being quiet is my fuel.  I love God, I believe we’re here for a purpose and I’m comfortable with being uncomfortable.  I don’t know the answers to most things, but constantly seeking.  And I believe God still loves me despite my failures and tendencies for ‘colorful’ language.

I have a degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Work.  I have additional training and certifications related to MS tools, Ultimate Software, Harvard Business School Publishing, Business Objects (BOBJ), Agile, ITIL and Workday.  I also completed my coach training at iPEC where I earned my CPC (Certified Professional Coach) and ELI-MP (Energy Leadership Index, Master Practitioner).  I’m also a proud member of the ICF (International Coach Federation), the governing and credentialing body for coaches.
